September 11

Today in Mr. Schick's Human Geo class we talked more about globalization.  Even though I left early I did stay for most of the class and globalization was the main thing we were talking about. We talked about it today because we didn't finish talking about it yesterday because we always get off topic.  Mr. Schick gave us a new definition for globalization. Actually I wouldn't call it new I would call it tweaked. the definition is, globalization is the interconnection of different parts of the world.  He also explained to us what the silk road is.  China was really good at making silk. Only China knew how to make silk, and everyone wanted it.  So people would come from everywhere to get it.  This happened in all different countries because they would share their culture with the world.  Globalization also involves religion. Everywhere you go there are people practicing all different kinds of religions. That was our Human Geo class today.
